Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Believe me, we wish pottery was easier to ship! But this stuff is bulky and heavy and we want to make absolutely sure that your items arrive safely to their destination. If you are interested in a shipping quote for a purchase, e-mail info@OhioStoneware.com for assistance.
Orders from Alaska or Hawaii may require additional freight charges before shipment.
Ohio Stoneware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please email info@OhioStoneware.com if you need assistance filing a claim.
If a package is returned to our factory due to multiple delivery attempts, incorrect address given at checkout, etc. , we will contact you the day that we receive the return and figure out next steps. We are happy to reship packages, but we are unable to cover the cost of reshipment.
