Heirloom quality!

I bought this bowl specifically to bake bread. It is large enough for me to do all my mixing, is heavy and well made. Love this bowl! I previously used a Cambro 12 qt container to do this, and this bowl is so much better! Definitely recommend, both for purpose and beauty.

Outstanding mixing bowl
This is the bowl I've scoured yard sales, thrift shops and consignment shops for going on 10 years now. It's big enough for the multiple bread dough servings I need for a family of eight and heavy enough that major stirring won't move it. Looks like it will stand up to a big of banging around, too. I'm happy enough with this first purchase (and how quickly and securely it arrived) that I will be ordering other sizes as well.
