Ohio Stoneware guarantees this product five years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been used as instructed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product. To claim under the guarantee, please return the product, with proof of purchase, to Ohio Stoneware, at the appropriate address with postage paid. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.
