5 YEAR LIMITED GUARANTEE. Ohio Stoneware guarantees this product five years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship provided the product has been used as instructed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product. To claim under the guarantee please return the product, with proof of purchase to Ohio Stoneware at the appropriate address with postage paid. The returned product MUST be in good condition, if there are any signs of damage (broken, cracked, etc.) we will not accept the return and it will be shipped back to the sender. Ohio Stoneware in its discretion shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid if it is returned safely. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary State to State.
