Ohio Stoneware guarantees this product five years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been used as instructed. To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid.     I bought 2 of these mugs as a gift. They came extremely well packaged, and very nice sized, and the pattern is beautiful.

    These mugs are super cute—I’m very happy with them. My reason for deducting a star is that one of the six I purchased was painted slightly different from the others. Also, I wish that some of the paint was slightly raised and had some texture. I have a set of these mugs from previous years that had more depth. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase.
