After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid.     I haven't ordered from the company in awhile. So it was easy to find their website, navigate through the site, order products, and received my order in a very timely fashion. I really liked how my order was packed, to assure my order was received undamaged. After placing my order, I received email notification of my order, order confirmation, and was easy to see the status of the order.
