After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid.     Always loved the stoneware crocks, but all those found in antique stores are questionable since never know what was stored before.. these are new and I know what's been stored in them.. plus it looks great on my bar.

    I love this piece. The quality is much nicer than I even expected. There are other pieces that I am interested in but I wanted to see how my first order went.. I received it within a week of ordering and it was packed in foam. The glazing is real clean and no flaws. Exceeded my expectations.
