To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.

    I love this piece. The quality is much nicer than I even expected. There are other pieces that I am interested in but I wanted to see how my first order went.. I received it within a week of ordering and it was packed in foam. The glazing is real clean and no flaws. Exceeded my expectations.
