    Love this bowl!

Posted by Ann Horton on 26th Sep 2022

My grandmother had one like this years ago n the farm. I recently got back into bread making, and this bowl is perfect! Two large loaves of bread dough can rise in it without overflowing. It is sturdy unlike my equally expensive foreign bowl I used to use. On the other the glaze crazed with use. Let’s see if this one lasted as long as Granny’s!!

    Perfect Bread Boel

Posted by Joan on 9th Sep 2021

I love the 10 inch shoulder bowl for her making sourdough bread. I can grip the edge of the bowl and cover it perfectly with cling wrap to let the dough proof it is heavy, but I like that in a bowl. I broke my vintage hand-me-down from my grandma, spent much time researching a new bread bowl , so thank you!
