For additional prevention of sticking, sprinkle a thin layer of semolina into the bottom of the oiled pan.Suitable for oven temperatures up to 450°F. Putting your room temperature pan into a pre-heated oven is fine. The pan is also microwave safe.Protect your pan from extreme temperatures. Never put it in the freezer. Do not transfer it from refrigerator to hot oven; rather allow a refrigerated pan to come to room temperature before placing in the oven. Do not transfer your hot oven to a refrigerator; allow your pan to cool before refrigerating. Allow your pan to cool before washing. Hand wash with warm water only.No need to soak in water before use.
