It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product. To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.

    Beautiful and solid

    The design of this butter dish is simple but quite beautiful. The finish is smooth and the color is the classic Ohio Stoneware color, which I think has an understated elegance. The dish has a slightly heavy feel in the hand, which is extremely nice. This dish is solid and beautifully constructed and will surely outlast other dishes. This is a fantastic butter dish.
