The clay cloche baker perfectly cradles bread as it rises. 

Put the pan in the oven, cover it with the lid, and steam generated by the baking bread emulates a steam-injected oven. This yields an artisanal round loaf with a moist and tender interior, a light crumb and a chewy evenly browned crust. 

Exclusive glaze on the outside of the lid is as stunning as it is practical. Glazing makes it easy to clean as well as keeping your cloche looking pretty and presentable.

    I love the cloche! It arrived quickly and safely, packaged perfectly. It looks exactly as shown in pictures. The top is glazed, the bottom and interior are flawless unglazed stoneware. I can tell I will be enjoying it for years to come. Thank you!

    I haven't had a chance to use the Cliche yet but I'm very pleased with the quality. This is a nice piece of stone ware , very well made.

    Perfect highest quality piece. Needed to lower oven temperature 25 degrees than the cast iron Dutch oven we were using. Thanks we will be getting more in the future.

    This is the BEST way to make gluten free bread!!!! It helps to create a crunchy crust and an inside texture you would find with gluten bread! I'm in LOVE with this product!!

    I'm really enjoying using the Dominion Cloche Bread Baker! I got it a couple weeks ago and the bread is turning out great! I really like the size and look of the cloche. It's easy to hold on to the top handle and remove it for the second half of the baking time. And I love that it was made here in the Midwest just a couple states away.
