After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.
