To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid.     Lovely workmanship! I baked my first batch and was so pleased with the product. I would recommend this product. Too bad the pottery doesn't have a brand impressed into the clay (ie to show that it is from the Ohio Stoneware Factory in Zanesville.
