Note:

  • Measurements can vary slightly due to these items being handmade. Expect each piece to have slight variations in shape, color and texture due to the natural process of pottery making. 

Do NOT use over an open flame, under a broiler, or in direct contact with stove top (regardless if it is gas, electric, flat top), or on a grill. Do NOT use parchment paper. Do NOT expose to quick temperature changes. NEVER transfer directly from refrigerator/freezer to oven or vice versa. Frozen items CANNOT be placed in a hot baking dish. All of the above will cause your item to break and it will not be covered under our warranty. Protect your table and countertops from scratches by setting the baking dish on a trivet when not in the oven. Always use a heat resistant pot holder when handling. Maximum baking temperature of 450 degrees fahrenheit.

Ohio Stoneware guarantees this product five years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been used as instructed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product. To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.

    I purchased this to replace my old pan. This muffin pan bakes wonderfully and is easy to clean. The only thing I don’t like is that it only bakes 6 muffins not 12. But I fixed that, I just ordered another one of your pans.

    Lovely workmanship! I baked my first batch and was so pleased with the product. I would recommend this product. Too bad the pottery doesn't have a brand impressed into the clay (ie to show that it is from the Ohio Stoneware Factory in Zanesville.
