Hartstone Unglazed Bakestone Ware is like nothing you've ever baked in before! The clay body is unique because it can go from freezer to oven and oven to freezer. Ohio Stoneware guarantees this product five years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been used as instructed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product. To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.

    These bake so well, my new go to for all of my baked goods! Evenly baked and moist goodies! Naturally non-stick, I did lightly coat with coconut oil for my first use.

    It’s a pleasure to review this square unglazed baking pan. It baked brownies evenly, unlike glass bakeware. They came out of the pan easily. The little handle shapes are helpful. I am so glad to have it, especially since it contains no lead or cadmium, and is dishwasher-safe. (I usually wash such stoneware by hand, but it’s nice to have the option of tucking it into the dishwasher). One note: your brownie recipe may be for a slightly smaller pan, so you might want to make 1-1/2 recipes.
