Description

These beautiful Ohio Stoneware crock covers are very useful, and make a nice addition to any stoneware collection. 

This is a cover for Ohio Stoneware's 3 Gallon Stoneware Crock. 

Our crock lids are made of hand-finished glazed stoneware that prevents open-air contamination and keeps mold and aerobic bacteria from tainting your fermenting food. It protects food during the fermentation process, as well as protecting any food stored inside the crock in the kitchen or pantry. It is made of the same durable material as the crocks. The lip on the lid holds it securely in place. 

When purchasing our crocks, covers, and weights, please keep in mind that we carry six sizes of Ohio Stoneware preserving crocks, weights, and covers. Lid size and weight size should match the crock size, (I.e., 1 gallon lid pairs with the 1 gallon crock, and the 1 gallon weight set pairs with the 1 gallon crock). Available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 gallon sizes. 

The 3 Gallon Crock and 3 Gallon Weight Set are sold separately!

Warranty Information

Ohio Stoneware guarantees this product five years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been used as instructed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product. To claim under the guarantee please email pictures of the product to info@ohiostoneware.com with proof of purchase or date of purchase and retailer purchased from. After review, Ohio Stoneware may request to have the item sent in for a physical review and at its discretion will determine if the product is eligible for replacement. Replacement products will be sent free of charge with prepaid postage. Ohio Stoneware, in its discretion, shall either repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product prepaid. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.

    We got this cover to fit our 3 gallon jug and it just perfectly completes the set. Heavy weight and built with quality just like they used to back in the day.

    This is the second crock/weight/lid set I have purchased. The lid does what it is supposed to, however, it does not fit flat like the other lid does. It rocks a little, which is why I rated it as 4 stars instead of five.
