    Best Mixing and Proofing Bowl

    My mom owns a 12 " Dominion mixing bowl, and I use it every time I visit her. Last time I was there, we looked up where it was made, and I bought myself the smaller version. It is perfect! I have already used it to proof bread, but it is going to be my go-to mixing bowl going forward.

    I use this mixing bowl so much this is the second one I bought. Just the right size, sturdy, and easy to clean. I even use it for serving.

    I bought one of these for myself and one for a friend. We use them as proofing bowls for sourdough bread. Neither of us could resist buying the bowl because it was so pretty. It did not disappoint and we have put them to work!

    I bought the large bowl years ago. There isn't a scratch or nick anywhere. Back for another one!
